  1. Read through this website, especially the articles.
    If you determine your organization is interested in using HomeschoolCPA's services contact me via e-mail. Please include the follwing in your e-mail:
    • Your name and your organization's name
    • A brief description of your group (location, size, mission, etc.)
    • Your need or goal (state incorporation*, 501c3 filing, annual IRS filing (990), etc)
    • A phone number and best time of day to contact you
  2. Via e-mail we will arrange a 15 minute, no-obligation phone call to determine if HomeschoolCPA could be of service to your organization. If we agree, you'll receive a packet that will include:
    • Questionnaire for your organization to fill in and return
    • Checklist for your group to see their progress
    • Engagement letter of our agreement for you to sign and return
    • Helpful articles for you to share with your board.
  3. When your group is ready to start, they return the questionnaire, signed engagement letter and a $50 deposit. Then HomeschoolCPA gets started!
     
  4. We'll stay in touch via e-mail and phone calls.

  5. Progress billing will take place at certain milestones as listed in the engagement letter. Much as we might like to meet face-to-face, all our business can be conducted via e-mail, regular mail and the telephone.  
*As a CPA, I am not permitted to file incorporation papers because that would be an unlawful practice of law, so I work closely with a homeschool mother who is an attorney. We can arrange separate billing with the attorney or one combined bill.
